With more than 2000 customers, his role has been pivotal in fueling a remarkable growth in the company’s market share. His collaborative approach to devising and implementing strategic plans for growth & innovation is vital to achieving our mission & vision.
With over 34 years of expertise in Inspection, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production Planning, he has led ASME certifications & IRCA auditing for ISO certifications. His experience encompasses Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & Offshore Structures. A certified NDT level II professional, he spearheads delivering top Quality in all Thermodyne’s products & production processes
With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, complemented by a rich background of exposure to multinational companies, Rajeev currently leads Thermodyne's sales team across India. He specializes in new business development and key account management, demonstrating a remarkable ability to drive growth aligned with company’s vision.
As a Product Manager, Revati oversees developing and enhancing our boiler product portfolio, ensuring they meet market demands and adhere to industry standards. She works closely with the design and marketing teams, providing critical insight and guidance for each project to meet customer’s specifications.
Ruchi blends administrative expertise with insight into international trade, developing and implementing strategies to expand the global market presence of Thermodyne. She oversees aspects of international market research, customer relations, & compliance with the project standards. By leveraging her inter-personnel skills, she enhances the effectiveness of our export, fostering growth in international business.
Sparsh is a skilled professional with experience in Boiler design. He has been at the forefront of creating innovative new products and custom solutions for Thermodyne. His expertise includes the development of new designs of boilers, focusing on thermal efficiency and structural integrity. His dedication to quality and precision plays a crucial role in delivering solutions that can exceed the industry standards.
Ranjit has rich experience in the Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column, Reactor, Piping, and Steam Boiler sectors. He plans & oversees daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in the process. He coordinates across departments to improvements in enhancing productivity and operational excellence.
Mohit specializes in ensuring the highest product and process quality standards. His role involves developing and implementing rigorous testing procedures, analyzing data for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance product performance, contributing to its success and reliability.
