  • For water temperatures below 100°C, a non-pressurized system is sufficient, as water boils at 100°C under normal atmospheric pressure.
  • For water temperatures above 100°C, a pressurized system is required. The pressure is determined by the desired outlet temperature along with appropriate safety margins.
