3 Ton Steam Boiler Description
3-ton steam boilers are available for sale, representing traditional three-pass, wet-back horizontal firetube boilers. The initial pass directs the flow through the furnace from front to back, which features corrugation for maximizing efficiency and minimizing thermal stress. Subsequently, flue gases move from the combustion furnace to the front chamber, constituting the second pass. In the third pass, gases traverse through tubes to the rear of the boiler stack and exit through the exhaust vent, conveniently located at the back of the boiler. The second and third passes involve heavy-duty seamless tubes.
